Sports And School Physicals

At First Care Bossier, Family Medicine & Urgent Care, we are proud to provide school and daycare physicals when your little ones are headed to school.

During these routine “well child check-ups” we will address your child’s health history and overall well being. We will do a complete physical exam, order any necessary or routine lab tests, perform immunizations as needed, and will perform screenings for vision, hearing, behavior, and development. We also like to take these physicals as an opportunity to educate parents on how to best keep their child healthy and safe.

We encourage you to check with your child’s school or daycare before your appointment to ensure that we complete any necessary paperwork and immunizations for your particular circumstance. Please bring any applicable forms or documents with you to your appointment.
